My Story

I came to yoga almost by accident — enrolling in a class to fill a college credit. I happened to be going through a difficult time, and what I found on the mat surprised me. It became a place to land, and then a practice I couldn't imagine living without.

In 2025, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bozeman, MT — because I wanted to go deeper, and I wanted to bring others with me.

My background is in Cell Biology & Neuroscience and Global Health, and the connections between neuroscience and yoga genuinely light me up. I'm also a teacher and community builder at my core — I co-founded an education nonprofit for English learners and currently work in leadership development. Across all of it, what I care about most is creating spaces where people can grow.

When I'm not on the mat, you'll find me dancing, hiking, running, or recovering with a good book. Movement in all its forms is how I stay connected to myself — and it's what I hope to share with you.
