In-person classes

Grounded in mindful movement and breath, these weekly classes are designed for all levels. My teaching invites you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with what your body already knows. No experience necessary — only a willingness to show up.

Midweek Move & Mend Wednesdays 5:30–6:30pm · Spire Climbing & Fitness, Bozeman MT

A midweek reset for your body and mind. All levels welcome.

Workshops & Retreats

For students ready to go deeper. Workshops are focused explorations of themes that matter — topics vary and evolve. Retreats are immersive gatherings built around practice, rest, and genuine connection.

Private Yoga
 

One-on-one or small group sessions tailored to your individual goals, pace, and practice. Private yoga is ideal for those seeking personalized attention, wanting to establish or deepen a personal practice, or simply preferring a more intimate setting than a group class.

Please note that private yoga is a movement and wellness practice and is not a substitute for medical or therapeutic treatment.
